LPR | Green Card

Lawful permanent residents (LPRs), also known as “green card” holders, are non-citizens who are lawfully authorized to live & work permanently within the United States.

Employer Sponsored Green Card

Labor Certification is the first step for employers to file for green card for a foreign national employee.

Once the PERM is approved, the employer needs to file immigrant visa petition on behalf of the employee.

Once I-140 is approved, the sponsored employee will have to file the green card application themselves.
