Immigration support that scales with your company.
WayLit handles immigration end-to-end so founders and executives get predictability, risk reduction, and a seamless experience for their global workforce — without adding more to your plate.

You’re building fast. Immigration slows you down.
As you scale, immigration becomes a critical operational function, but traditional processes make it unpredictable, slow, and demanding. Your team loses hours chasing updates, deadlines, and clarity. Employees get anxious. And everyone loses confidence.
Scattered visibility
Running immigration through emails creates extra work for you and slows down decisions.
Hiring friction & employee stress
Immigration delays slow offers and onboarding, while uncertainty creates repeated questions, anxiety, and pressure on your team.
Unpredictability
Lack of transparency, uncapped billing, and unclear goals create undue stress for your team.
Less managing. More building.
Give your team a faster, more predictable path to onboarding global talent. Clarity, predictability, and a partner who keeps things moving without relying on your team to push.
Faster visa approvals
Cases move 3x faster because we drive the workflow, handle follow-ups, and keep everyone aligned.
Transparent, case-based pricing
No hourly surprise bills, just clear pricing you can plug into your hiring and runway models.
Year-round employee support
Your team is supported for visas, renewals, travel, and documents, without leaning on your team.
Compliance & forecasting
We keep you compliant through automations and provide case and spend forecasts.
"WayLit helped us with our first immigration case and now immigration runs on auto. I get timely, high‑context alerts and tasks when my input is needed, and I have foresight and predictability without taking my eyes off the business."

Immigration FAQs for Founders and Executives
Answers to the most common questions founders ask when scaling teams and navigating immigration.
What benefits do founders typically notice first?
Fewer follow-ups, faster case progress, predictable costs, and employees who feel supported without leaning on your team. Founders often say they finally have foresight into hiring timelines, spend, and renewals.
Who is WayLit best suited for?
We partner with HR and People leaders — from high-growth startups to global enterprises — helping them scale immigration with structure, compliance, and confidence.
How is WayLit different from a law firm?
Law firms just file cases, leaving you to do the heavy lifting. WayLit manages the entire immigration function — combining experienced attorneys with a platform that gives HR visibility, automation, and employee support all in one place.
Do I need an internal immigration expert to use WayLit?
No. WayLit provides the platform, immigration managers, and senior attorneys so you don’t need in-house expertise. Your team handles only strategic approvals while we manage day-to-day tasks, employee questions, filings, and compliance.
How much work will transferring to WayLit be for me?
Very little. We handle data migration, active case reviews, and employee communications for you. You approve the plan — we execute it. Most teams are fully transitioned within two weeks without interrupting any ongoing cases.
Can employees access the platform directly?
Yes. Employees can securely upload documents, track their case status, and receive automated updates — reducing questions and pings to you.
Does WayLit support immigration outside the U.S.?
Yes. WayLit supports global immigration across North America, Europe, and Asia — including the U.S., U.K., Canada, and more — all managed through one platform.
How long does onboarding take?
Most clients go live within 1–2 weeks. We create a tiered onboarding plan, provide internal and external communication templates, and host employee webinars to answer questions. Our team syncs employee data, reviews active cases, and helps define your immigration policy. A dedicated onboarding manager guides your team through every step.
What’s included in “year-round immigration management”?
Every case type, from visa initiation to renewal to permanent residence — stays managed inside the platform with ongoing compliance monitoring. We handle employee travel support, risk analysis, address-change compliance, and everything in between. You’ll get alerts for what needs action and attention. We’ll handle the rest behind the scenes.
Does the platform replace our current law firm or work alongside it?
WayLit can do either. Most clients fully transition to WayLit’s legal network; some keep their existing counsel and use WayLit for visibility, compliance, and employee communication.
