Founders & Executives

Immigration support that scales with your company.

WayLit handles immigration end-to-end so founders and executives get predictability, risk reduction, and a seamless experience for their global workforce — without adding more to your plate.

You’re building fast. Immigration slows you down.

As you scale, immigration becomes a critical operational function, but traditional processes make it unpredictable, slow, and demanding. Your team loses hours chasing updates, deadlines, and clarity. Employees get anxious. And everyone loses confidence.

Scattered visibility

Running immigration through emails creates extra work for you and slows down decisions.

Hiring friction & employee stress

Immigration delays slow offers and onboarding, while uncertainty creates repeated questions, anxiety, and pressure on your team.

Unpredictability

Lack of transparency, uncapped billing, and unclear goals create undue stress for your team.

Less managing. More building.

Give your team a faster, more predictable path to onboarding global talent. Clarity, predictability, and a partner who keeps things moving without relying on your team to push.

Immigration FAQs for Founders and Executives

Answers to the most common questions founders ask when scaling teams and navigating immigration.

What benefits do founders typically notice first?

Fewer follow-ups, faster case progress, predictable costs, and employees who feel supported without leaning on your team. Founders often say they finally have foresight into hiring timelines, spend, and renewals.

Who is WayLit best suited for?

WayLit works with startups, mid-sized companies, and global enterprises that sponsor employees and want HR to spend less time coordinating immigration.

How is WayLit different from a law firm?

WayLit combines legal representation with immigration program management. Our attorneys prepare and file cases, while the platform tracks deadlines, tasks, compliance, and employee communication.

Do I need an internal immigration expert to use WayLit?

No. WayLit provides the platform, immigration managers, and senior attorneys so you don’t need in-house expertise. Your team handles only strategic approvals while we manage day-to-day tasks, employee questions, filings, and compliance.

How much work will transferring to WayLit require from me?

Very little. We manage data migration, active case reviews, and employee communication. Most teams complete the transition within two weeks without interrupting active cases.

Can employees access the platform directly?

Yes. Employees can securely upload documents, track case status, and receive updates directly in the platform. This reduces routine status questions for HR.

Does WayLit support immigration outside the U.S.?

Yes. WayLit supports employer-sponsored immigration across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia. HR teams manage their country programs through one platform and one service team.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients go live within one to two weeks. WayLit reviews active cases, syncs employee information, configures workflows, and provides communication templates. A complete program transition can be finished within 30 days.

What’s included in “year-round immigration management”?

WayLit manages visa initiations, renewals, permanent residence cases, travel support, risk reviews, address-change compliance, and ongoing monitoring. HR receives alerts when action is required, and the WayLit team manages the remaining work.

Does the platform replace our current law firm or work alongside it?

WayLit can do either. Most clients fully transition to WayLit’s legal network; some keep their existing counsel and use WayLit for visibility, compliance, and employee communication.
